A last minute decision to enter the "Fotolia 4: Stockpocalypse Challenge".

I thought about the Apocalypse. Seems to me that our european civilization made some backwards steps in the history already. I mean, we dumped the Greek democracy and end up living in monarchies. Well, I know the history better and things weren't that simple and the Greek democracy can't work in bigger states but still...
I imagine that any Apocalypse will throw us back in Middle Ages with no electricity, no cars, no computers, no connections...
And the sunlight represents Faith because people always come to believe some higher power when facing a catastrophy.
About the black and white style - I chose it partially because one of the stock photos was in b&w and also I wanted the picture to look like an old photo.
