Well, that escalated quickly. It usually takes me weeks, sometimes years to break a tutorial. That's just how I operate, I learn a style and later I try to morph it into something totally new. There is a fine line between honoring the original style and plain lazy tweaking, one could say I'm afraid to fall on the lazy side. Anyway, I broke this one after a few minutes because all I did looked way too similar to the tutorial examples but at the same time it feels like I went too far way too soon. Okay, ignore my ramblings :D

Thank you for all favourites, comments, critiques and devwatches! :rose: It means a lot to me.

This is really trippy, but so awesome, as you can see by the way I favorited this before I start the critique. Purple is my favorite color, so seeing it in so many awesome shades, and seeing it bend to all these shapes is really cool. The wavy line work here is also very impressive, and adds to the trippy style. The lighting and darkness contrast very well with each other, which, in my opinion, makes it look amazing. Overall, this is an awesome looking piece, but I don't see what it has to do with a struggle, but that's probably just me. Other than that, keep up the good work.
